lovenushuz@brookevb Hi Brooke! Most of our vendors coat their soles with a type of felt. This is done for import tax purposes. The felt wears off during your first wearing and you are left with a regular plastic sole. It is not slick, but it is also not gummy or lug. I hope this is helpful ❤️
