debbyjones717@hernankcp I assumed you would counter at slightly higher price but allow reduced shipping. I'm an older person and I don't think I'm doing this correctly. I thought I needed to place a lower offer so you were allowed to counter with a slightly higher offer with reduced shipping. I'm sorry. I thought you can't offer reduced shipping if I don't make the first offer ?
