Both that are available are brand new with tags. These thick leggings/jeggings really do hug your curves! They run small, so please see the size guide in the last picture. Sizes are Small- 0 to 4 X-Large - 9 to 10 They sit at the waist, and look just like you are wearing black dress pants, (minus the front pockets, of course.) There are functioning pockets in the back. Made with 80% polyester, 15% rayon, and 5% spandex. Made in China.
