Super cute full pleated skirt. It has two layers. The under layer is white which gives it a glassy look. In fact I believe the name of the skirt was "glass" but the tag fell off. I purchased it in hopes that I's start wearing skirts but it ended up in storage. Both layers are 100% cotton. New without tags.
