Laying flat and unstretched:
Bust: armpit to armpit 17”
Waist: seam to seam 17”
The is a back opening (see picture) that is 18” long so there is room for the breast area. Hope that helps.
In the pictures the dress is modeled on a size 4 manikin and it’s a loose fit. It also fits my size 6 manikin very nicely.
