NWOT HMS CORAL RUFFLED SLEEVES TOP ELASTIC BANDAGE DRESS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! Gorgeous coral bandage dress with chiffon top and bandage skirt bottom. Top has open shoulder and a flared sleeve. Bottom is fitted and has bandage skirt fit. Its way too tight for me now. Never before worn. There are 2 small black dots at back of dress as well as a tiny hole underneath zipper but can be easily stuffed and hardly noticeable ( I took pics but still cant see where they're located)NEW PRICE REFLECTS DEFECTS. Size Small but fits more like XS...especially at bottom.Happy shopping!
