These shoes are perfect for dress up and formal events. Brand new. Never worn. Slight marker stains on bottom of size 21 I bought these for my daughter because I like comfort in a kid’s dress up shoe or they will never wear it. Velcro strap makes it easy for them to put on. Rubber tread helps them not slip around. The shoes are a soft material for a formal shoe - not stiff like cardboard. Note: Size 21 is similar to US 5 for toddlers. See measurements in last photo.

jenniferjune1 @irlocklear My daughter is five and she’s wearing the size 12. (I test everything on her. These are actually comfortable. They aren’t stiff.) I’m guessing the 13 would be your best size, but they may be a little big. Let me see if I can get a size chart.

jenniferjune1 @paulineyalonso I have them in 11.5, but they are not new. My daughter wore them once to a wedding. I attached photos in the last two pictures. They are still in nice condition. (She is size 12 and the 11.5 fit her, but I would follow the size chart)

jenniferjune1 @amyobi11 I just updated the listing with a measurements. Size 21 is the rough equivalent of 5 in toddler sizing. The exterior measures approx 5.5 inches (the interior is smaller to fit the foot). There are slight marker stains from storage that are on the bottom of one of them (photo). These are brand new, never worn.
