lam_phoebe @jorgejetson it was out of delivery on the 19th which means postman was planning to ship it on 19th but it was not in his route so they schedule for another day to deliver it. I don’t know what email u receive but I think you should check your order tracking information through email, it will clearly explain what happened to your package
