Silk and embroidered top by Whitely

A gorgeous 100% silk blouse with stunning embroidery, I am sad to let this go:( Unfortunately, it is too small for me now. Purchased from a high end boutique. You will see one pic with a loose thread. I decided not to mess with it but i believe it could just be cut out. Otherwise, in EUC. This has been freshly dry cleaned!
