Shear lace like material with lower half lining. It’s EUC, selling it becuase it didn’t fit me. It’s an XL on size, but runs small. Material is nylon, rayon, and metallic. Arm pit to arm pit laying flat is 19”, shoulder to waiste is 25”. It’s never really been worn.
