Final Price - New without tags, BCBG Max Azria Dress. Never worn, only selling it because I never got around to wearing it and it's too small for me now.
Dress features off shoulder neckline with 2-tiered sheer black dotted tulle over a nude colored slip. Mini dress with a slight flare in the skirt and pleated tulle.
Measurements:
Bust: roughly 29.5-30" and waist is 27". Great as a holiday party or New Year's dress!
