Chico’s iPad, cosmetics, purse bag tote- tassel

Chicos. Dark navy blue with white rope/ chain and tassel decoration. Approx 11 1/2 inches long & 8 3/4 high. Front pouch is approx 7 inches high with a snap closure. This bag zips closed with a charming tassel. This reminds me of a nautical theme. It is slightly padded, navy blue and white polkadot linings.
