behappy2 @twigs918 Hi, the bust measures 13 inches flat. The dress does have stretch. Though, the bust area is for smaller chested women, definitely no C-cups or higher.

behappy2 @twigs918 I added a pic of the fabric inside out. There is no inner lining. The fabric is 100% viscose/rayon, it’s dry clean only, no iron on the trim, made in India. All the sequins are intact as well.
