@sidneysease the material is a little stretchy, but I would call it a stretchy dress. It’s 96% polyester and 4% elastane. I do not know where my tape measure is, but it sits just above my knees and sits semi-lose on my body and I am 5’3” and usually where an xl t-shirt and a size 14s jeans.
