sammirose1 @cookiejo4 hi there. I am not quite sure what you mean by heavy weights? But they are not heavy when I pick them up or rather they don’t seem heavy at all when putting on my feet. They don’t seem slippery to me because the bottom is rubber and they do run true to size however I do feel that someone who has wider foot would not really fit them. I am a size 6 with a narrower foot and they fit me snug so anyone with a wide foot would be questionable
