Victoria's Secret PINK HTF rare Display Balloon with Polka Dots. Comes with the whole stand and the Gold rope(string). The base and pole are kinda heavy, and the pole will have to be shipped seperately. The balloon is like a hard plastic. Very durable. Super cute and perfect to add to your collection! I absolutely love it, but I am willing to trade it for bins or something...let me kniw what you have:)
