Would you say these are true to size, run a little big or run a little small?

@mallory5169 they do NOT run small. I’d say true to maybe a tad big. A size typical 9 would fit in the comfortably, even on days if the feet are swollen. (I know mine do sometimes if I’m on my feet a lot the day before.)
