I can't do waterproof..I am sorry. Scarlett is the lightest foundation. I am a neutral bit fair. You have been so good to me. I will have my husband's credit card number and get it. @makeup_trunk I need to edit that a little after researching, sorry. Could you actually do a bundle with just the brow liner in dark, eye liner in prim, splash liquid lipstick in sublime and stellar, a highlighter powder and a concealer? The foundation powder I wear is taffeta if that helps you choose a concealer shade.
