@brizzity hi again! The top waist of the skirt measures 12.5 inches across when laid flat. I've included a photo of the material tag above (outer skirt is 100% silk and inner slip is 100% poly). Thanks!!

Is the discoloration on the front or back? Have you tried to get the stain out before?

@rboyes hi! The discoloration is on the back of the skirt. I haven't tried to get the stain out beyond a standard dry cleaning and I didn't notice the stain at the time, so it was not brought to the attention of the dry cleaner
