maceydoo13 I can't seem to make an offer on this jacket. After the first offer I made was denied, I tried another offer amount it said offer should not exceed 63!? I even tried 110, but it said shouldn't exceed 109?! I'm confused. Plus I'm having an issue with my card. I made multiple purchases, some charges didn't go through.
