Y2K low-rise jean mini skirt circa 2004

Previously loved, vintage circa 2004 light-wash distressed denim mini skirt by Mossimo Supply Co. Excellent condition! This skirt is legit low-rise. Wear it and poke peoples' eyes out with your hip bones at a 2000s party! I wore it in college back in '04 with some low-top Chuck Taylors (and don't forget to layer your tank tops)! Sizes were a little different then. Note that the "waist" measurement is actually around the hips.
