nikkifet @mrs_cceleste hi there! I am SO sorry for the delay! Bust is appx 19 flat (so appx 38") and hips are appx 21 flat (appx 42"). Not meant to be a tight fitting dress. So convenient for nursing....zippers on both sides! I loved it so much I claimed one of these for myself :) let me know if I can help with anything else. Ty!!
