loveitall2016Tanisha you have a beautiful CLOSET!!!! Everything is so colorized and organized!! I have a question because I am still learning too.. what app do you use for the white back ground listings?.. example the Kelly Green Chiffon Blouse

Nov 25Reply

parisandpearles@loveitall2016 Hey there thank you so much! I think we never stop learning!! I’m still figuring out lighting and the best editing tools! I have found that the Snapseed app gives me the best editing tools and I also invested in good lighting so I can take pictures day or night you can get ring lights on amazon that are pretty reasonably priced I have a pair of 18inch ring lights !! If there is anything else I can help you with please let me know!

kelldomniHow do I make a sale?? :(

Dec 19Reply

parisandpearles@kelldomni Hey Kellie the best way to make a sale in posh is to be active in the community. By that I mean sharing your listings posh is most active around times that there are parties. Also it is important to share other poshers items I usually try to share at least 5-10 items of other poshers in hopes that they will also share your items to their followers. I noticed a dramatic increase in my sales once I hit 10,000 followers on posh.

Dec 20Reply

parisandpearles@kelldomni I try to follow 300 to 500 new closets every day. You can do this easily by clicking on the closet and than going to the top of the screen and click where you see the number followed by followers here you will see the last 1000 people that followed their closet you can than scroll down and hit all the blue follow buttons. By following other poshers on poshmark many will also follow you and increase your listings exposure inside the community.

kellyh123When I click on My sales then click bundle then view bundle the comment space is for the buyer to read? I thanked her for the order and let her know that I mailed out today. No response did I post in the right section? I also went to her closet and posted it doesn’t show. Am I doing something wrong?

Feb 01Reply

parisandpearles@kellyh123 you have to add her name before so she can see it

Feb 01Reply

kellyh123@tishposhbb where it says add a comment I have to enter her name first? 🤦‍♀️

Feb 01Reply

kellyh123I typed her name and it shows mine first. I’m confused. Lol

Feb 01Reply

parisandpearles@kellyh123 Lol it will show yours first that’s fine you just have to add their name to tag them in the comment

Feb 07Reply

kellyh123Hi I have a question. I have an order ready to go out and the person that ordered it wants to add something to it. Can I do that? If so how do I do it? Thank you

Feb 08Reply

parisandpearles@kellyh123 no unfortunately you can’t add anything to the order once it’s been purchased. You can cancel the order she made them bundle the items together so she doesn’t have to pay shipping twice. Other than that there isn’t another way she can add the item after the purchase.

Feb 08Reply

kellyh123@tishposhbb she wants to add a necklace, the 3 hour mark passed. Does that matter? She has to cancel on her side? Right?

Feb 08Reply

parisandpearles@kellyh123 no she doesn’t have to cancel you can do it on your end.

Feb 08Reply

kellyh123@tishposhbb how do I do that?

Feb 08Reply

parisandpearles@kellyh123 you goto MY SALES ➡️ SOLD ITEM ➡️ Scroll Down to PROBLEM ORDER INQUIRY ➡️ GOTO CANCEL ORDER ➡️ Select BUNDLING WITH OTHER ITEMS ➡️ SUBMIT

Feb 08Reply

kellyh123@tishposhbb ok got it. You are awesome!!! Thank you soooo much for your help

Feb 08Reply

parisandpearles@kellyh123 your so welcome 🥰

Feb 08Reply

kellyh123It’s showing the 2 items sold. Unable to add to bundle. How do I fix that?

Feb 08Reply

parisandpearles@agz1979 will do I actually just started looking into expanding into the men’s market so I will let you know when I start receiving inventory !!

sarahbrooke0412Hey Tanisha... as u know I’m super new to Poshmark and before I had reached out to u I hit the button on the received page saying there was an issue with the size.. and then I told them that everything was fine u and I were working it out and it’s still giving me shit about returning the jacket.. and idk what to do lol. Wondering if u knew how to fix this❤️💕

Feb 21Reply

parisandpearles@sarahbrooke0412 hey Sarah let me contact them and let them know your keeping the jacket and I’m sending you an additional shirt for my error, ! Speaking of that what size did you want ?

Feb 21Reply

sarahbrooke0412@tishposhbb i usually always wear a large because I’m tall and have long arms, but how does it fit does it run bigger or smaller

ago222The first time I wore the earrings I purchased from you, the earring broke. I am not pleased with the quality and would like to discuss a return or exchange. This has not happened to me before so I am unsure of how to proceed. I have photos etc.

Mar 02Reply

parisandpearles@ago222 oh no I’m so sorry to hear that. I’ve sold and kept one in each color and haven’t had any issues. Thank you so much for contacting me and letting me know so I can make it right no need to return them but I can do a couple of different things for you I can do a return or if there is a different accessory that you like I’m happy to exchange it or I can order you a new pair and get them sent to you as soon as they I get them in I’m happy to do what ever you like

Mar 02Reply

parisandpearlesI meant I can do a refund not return lol. I believe you so you don’t have to send any photos.

oliviamaureenHi Tanisha. I love your closet!! Thanks so much for sharing. I am just getting started selling on PoshMark, and I feel a little uncertain on how to begin. Do you have any pro tips for a novice on how to get the ball rolling? Thanks again :)

Mar 04Reply

parisandpearles@oliviamaureen hey there !! Congrats on starting your new closet!! Posh is a great place to sell. Some tips for getting started are the importance of sharing! You want to share your items as well as the items of other poshers to help your items gain exposure in the community! Most poshers will share your items in return! Also you want to try and list between 3-5 items a day once you get your closet going. That means relisting items you already have listed or adding new items to your closet!

Mar 04Reply

parisandpearles@oliviamaureen also you want to gain a following! If you goto a closet and click on their followers you will see blue buttons that say follow these show you the last 1000 new followers that closet has gained scroll thru the list and click on all the blue buttons. Your goal is to try and follow between 300-500 new closets a day. If that is not reasonable for you just follow what fits into your schedule. You also want to follow all of your followers. You can access this the same way in your own

Mar 04Reply

parisandpearles@oliviamaureen clear bright cover images are also important so the nicer your images are the faster your item will sell!

Mar 04Reply

oliviamaureenThis is super helpful, thanks so much Tanisha!

Mar 04Reply

parisandpearles@oliviamaureen your welcome if you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to ask I’m happy to help☺️

eppama63I purchased the gray leather earrings from you. I received compliments and I loved them. I wanted to buy the yellow ones but when I started to put the gray ones on again, the gold part was broken off. This is very disappointing after only having worn once!!!! Can u do anything! These weren’t exactly cheap,

Apr 16Reply

parisandpearles@eppama63 oh no I’m so sorry to hear that! That shouldn’t happen I’ll send you a new pair of the gray earrings I just need you to send me your address !

antoniaguilar@melaniecrodgers LOVE YOUR POSH CLOSET ✨🌟🌸

Apr 19Reply

melaniecrodgers@antoniaguilar I’m so happy, you made my day early today!! What a sweet compliment and I also thank you for your 1st class likes, seriously! If you want any suggestions, I am all over it! And I have tons to still list brand new, gorgeous items for each category! Lol That makes me easy to work with so I welcome all offers-I will go as low as I can go and am generous with gifts too! 🥰

Apr 19Reply

parisandpearles@melaniecrodgers Aww that comment made my day!! Your going to love your new jumpsuit they are so freaking cute !!! I'll be sure to check out your closet as well. I am dropping it off tomorrow! Let me know when you get it !!!

Apr 20Reply

melaniecrodgers@tishposhbb Sugar, as soon as it starts tracking, my schedule is being cleared that day when my mailman runs!! No joke! I’m needing to update my closet and make it look nicer. Some of my pics just suck. And I’m not kidding you about all that I haven’t listed yet. Lots of boutique and high end items that are stunning and you would make them even more so! 💄💋👌

Apr 20Reply

parisandpearles@melaniecrodgers You and me both! I have been shopping from my inventory as I get new summer items in lol !! I know you will love it any issues with sizing or anything let me know but this is one of my favorite high end boutique vendors so I have no doubts you will love it!! I will check out your closet tonight! I love supporting small businesses!

Apr 20Reply

melaniecrodgers@tishposhbb I’m pretty good at eyeing quality and that’s why I had to get this! Now, my closet is nothing like yours-yet!-I actually am a fed for the Dept of defense and was injured quite seriously and it drove me nuts to not be doing anything so started this on a whim and boom! I’ve talked myself into doing this 110% and am pretty confident about it. I’m tired of shooting people lol but still hunt! I’m like Barbie & Rambo’s kid. 😂

Apr 20Reply

parisandpearles@melaniecrodgers and there is nothing wrong with that! It’s to bad that you had to resign but every closed door is a new opportunity and who wouldn’t want to be a Rambo Barbie 🥰

Apr 20Reply

melaniecrodgers@tishposhbb I even just bought myself another fishing pole for my collection-rare find and wasn’t leaving without it. It’s pepto bismol pink and in the dark when you are reeling in a big bass, the reel is full of rainbow colored led lights that spin in a circle and it’s so awesome! My Daddy and uncle can’t stop giving me hell... 😉

Apr 20Reply

parisandpearles@melaniecrodgers Thats so fun ! Every girl needs a pink fishing pole best of both worlds! Love fishing!

Apr 20Reply

melaniecrodgers@tishposhbb Lol I can go back anytime I want with restrictions but nope, I just have to do this. I’m not sure you’re age dear but I’m 47 and my nickname has always been “Fashion Plate”. Remember that “toy?”

Apr 20Reply

parisandpearles@melaniecrodgers lol I do remember that I’m 35 and I used to love that toy!

angelfire1Hi Tish so nice to meet You! Can you please answer a question for me...I just sold my first item yay me lol, but I don't know how to fill out the seller info. Only because it seems like I would put the year I was born first? I was born 1950.

Jul 16Reply

parisandpearles@angelfire1 hey there on which part? You should of had everything filled out you needed for the transaction when you signed up on poshmark?

Jul 16Reply

angelfire1@tishposhbb I got it. I've been on Poshmark for 6 years, never sold anything until now. Everything was filled out but kept on booting me off...no problem, but I do have something else I need to ask. Do you have my email address?

Jul 21Reply

angelfire1Hi me again...question...sold a Movado watch, buyer never messaged me AT ALL,nothing, shipped it right away, arrived at the San Antonio post office MONDAY JULY 22 AT 8 A.M., never picked up. I've had a bad feeling about this from the beginning. Messaged her repeatedly on her Poshmark page, she doesn't have any listings not even a picture. She put her name but that's it. I've messaged her on there numerous times, again no response.

Jul 24Reply

bella_stylingLove your pictures, I"m new here, I have a question for you if you don't mine. Some on write me and tell me they will send mi a cashier check. ???

Jul 29Reply

parisandpearles@bella_styling Hi there your always more than welcome to ask questions! You can either set it up to have your balance transferred into your account via direct deposit or a check but I’m not sure if they charge a fee for the check I know direct deposit is free

Jul 29Reply

bella_stylingThank yo for your feed back. the person interested wanted to pay me direct. i think it wasn't rite.

Jul 29Reply

parisandpearles@bella_styling no in-fact that is a scam. There is a person on this site that is trying to take peoples money and offering to send a cashiers check and requestions your information off line. If you seen his posh username be sure to report them. This is a fraudulent request

Jul 29Reply

bella_stylingHe is on again with 2 different names

Jul 30Reply

parisandpearles@bella_styling I reported it too posh if you see the other name screen shot it and send it to Poshmark.

parisandpearles@danaskye10 you have been a great customer to me so I am more than happy to do that for you!

Aug 24Reply

parisandpearles@danaskye10 on a personal note I hope you are feeling better! That is a lot to go thru in short period of time! I have been a nurse for a lot of years so I understand all of that

Aug 24Reply

parisandpearles@belladonna1313 hey there I work with a lot of vendors that allow me to use there stock photography I also work with a lot of bloggers thru vendors that let me use their photos of them in the garments thru the vendors or I pay small fee to use their photos. If you end up going the boutique route I just email the company about the use of stock photography and ask them about it as well as getting names of bloggers. Most have been great to work with.

Aug 24Reply

danaskye10Awww !! Thank you that’s so kind of you to say and do, and yes you are right it has been a lot to go through as a matter of fact since you are a nurse we should chat sometime you wouldn’t believe all of the medical issues that I have had over the years, it’s shocking for most of the ppl that do know and to be honest I really don’t go into all of it with many ppl, it’s just really been a hard road for a good while now so thanks for your kind thoughts and words!! Dana 😘

Aug 25Reply

danaskye10And about the clothes I’m deciding although I really do like the green sweater, and thanks for the accessory I will check them out, that’s so sweet of you, let me know how to get these back to you ok !! 😘

Oct 05Reply

loba262Hi, I’m an ambassador but new at Poshmark. I see Paris & Pearl is your Boutique but how does it work? Do you buy from wholesale then resell by attaching your own label? Is the brand different from your label? Do you design the clothes. Any clarification would help. Just trying to understand how it works. I had a wholesaler tell me to put my own label on a brand I ordered but was not sure that is the right thing to do. Thanks!

Oct 08Reply

beyondreprieveHi there! Don't mean to bother you... Just have a question. I'm fairly new to Poshmark, and was looking at your closet. It's amazing! Do you have models? You don't have to share any trade secrets, of course. Was just wondering how you pull off all of the great pics, including your own. It all looks extremely professional, sharp, clean. Tky for your time & take care. :-) -Sam

Oct 22Reply

jlonis75😢😭 You are offering me great discounts on things that I already bought from you this week for my wife... Remember, I am spoiling since I am deployed in Africa and I had to ask you about the sizes. Thank you for offering great pricing on these items, but I already bought at different price.😔But I am happy, because I feel that my wife will be very pleased and happy with what I chose from you.. So, to me it was worth what I spent.. Hugs!! And kiss on cheek for taking care of my Empress.

Oct 27Reply

christieee_3Thank you so much for stopping by my closet! You have such beautiful items. I would love to send some items your way. Feel free to make an offer on a bundle or on individual items 😊

Oct 27Reply

alunalevi@tishposhbb hey sweetie! Just looking at your previous comments back to where we were tagged. I don't know if you live near a UCL company if you do you're in luck because if you ship three boxes of shoes to them and pick them up once they arrive the cost is much less! so instead of paying $120 for like 3 boxes you only pay $40. It's a neat trick I learnt when I lived in Houston! But their min is $50 so make sure to ship more than one box.

Oct 27Reply

alunalevi@grettakilleen sorry meant to say their min is $40 LOL

Oct 27Reply

Nov 05Reply

parisandpearles@stefbpalmer hey there the outer tag is the UK size which says size 8 but if you look at the tag sewn into the garment it will show size 4 if it’s too big though I’m always more than happy to do exchanges I do have one size 2 left and it will say 6 on the outer tag which is the U.K. brand but the US size will be a 2!

Nov 05Reply

stefbpalmer@tishposhbb thank you for responding. I will take anything u have if it’s a 2 I think it will be fine. The tag actually says UK 12. EUK 40. US 8 I really appreciate your response and help. Please let me know how to proceed for an exchange Thank you!

Nov 05Reply

bestdressed995Hi Tish. Your closet is gorgeous. I purchased your Bell-sleeved, blue tunic. It’s color is described as “Navy with metallic thread”. Unfortunately, the one you shipped is Navy fabric with many “colored”, not metallic threads. Did you ship the incorrect tunic? Do you have theNavy/Metallic one that was described? Please let me know.

Feb 15Reply

bestdressed995Hi, it’s me again. I would do an exchange for the “Navy blue/Metallic” Tunic. I do need it within 2 weeks though as I wanted to wear it over a dress for A wedding 🎩. My dress is Navy blue with metallic straps. 🙏
