@richmond12 just to be clear- this is for the charm and not the bag. No tears. No scratches. Lock shows some signs of age only (typical Louis Vuitton tarnish) but can be cleaned to make nice and shiny.

@shadesofred the lock and key is detachable and inside the tassel. As you move around with it on your bag, and the tassel moves, the lock and key pop out. It’s cute. Yea ppl see a purse so they assume that’s for sale. Its like dude, a real speedy for that $$$ yea right lol

@shadesofred posh is an interesting place lol. I’m dealing with so much drama right now. I bought a purse that was described as flawless and is a hot mess. It cost me $599 and posh didn’t accept the return even though I followed policy. Truthfully, I am heartbroken. I’m trying everything to get them to help me but there’s no real customer service other than automated emails. I’m hoping my closet sells soon so I can then close up shop.

O gosh!!!! That’s heartbreaking!! I would die! That happened to my friend but on M’ honored her and gave her her money back on the bag she bought the lady said it was in excellent condition it was worse than anything and completely used up and collapsed

@shadesofred yea. Posh ruled in her favor. No clue why. She’s only been on posh since last January and I’ve been a seller/buyer since 2012. She sent me an entirely different purse. You can tell. They released the funds to her so at this point the money would have to come from posh and that’s a long shot. I’m filing a small claim. I won’t give up. Not on $599!!! Plus shipping lol.

Oooo Hell no!! That’s a lot of money! Are you filing a police report that’s what I had to do one time when I sold something on eBay my husband collects shoes and a man stole our box believe it or not return the shoes and a different box I swore I would never sell again

@shadesofred yes pls be careful. Other sites have been fine. At least for me. This was a total shock. I never had to return anything before and the one time I do, they don’t stand behind their own policies. It’s BS. If you do buy on here, use funds from other sources. That should protect you. I used Posh credit. Stupid me.

Well I got my shoes back! I believe you can! Maybe Try to call your local police station it’s simple you just file out the paperwork then send it to posh it may start a little fire under their butt
