Francesca’s off the shoulder Chambray Blouse

This shirt is in great condition! Beautiful chambray color with red flower design. Fabric is extremely comfortable. This is long sleeve and sits right off the shoulder. Still has clear straps for hanger attached. Brand is Blue Rain but it was purchased from francesca’s. Goes great with shorts or jeans.
