Silky soft, black material. I love the leg warmer vibe at the bottom the pant legs due to the ruching. I bought these on Poshmark and am selling them as they’re too big for me. Size small, but it appears this pant runs a little big. Maybe better suited for a medium. Lying flat, they measure 15 inches across the top at the waist, have a 10 inch ruse, and an approximate inseam of 29 inches. You will totally love these!
