Beautiful Sparkly Formal/Prom Dress

Long, light blue formal/prom or event dress. The top half is mesh with sparkles, sequins, crystals etc., and is a size 4 but runs a little larger. It has been dry cleaned and has only been worn once for my little sister’s homecoming event. Selling it because she needs a new dress for this years dance and I don’t have the money to buy a new one. Retail price was $230. I’m okay to negotiate.
