Night Moves royal blue prom dress

Strapless Night Moves gown with Flowy chiffon skirt for graceful movement. Feminine silhouette ideal for formal events. It has an ornately hand-beaded bodice with shiny sequins and iridescent stones. The hem is ruffled. The bottom is layered and lined. It’s very flattering. It’s strapless with a built-in bra but was too small for the mannequin and couldn’t be zipped up so the top part doesn’t look good because the straps for hanging them on a hanger are on the arms. The straps are not for wearing. The mannequin is 5’ 8.9”. It was worn 3 times. The color is like last 2 pictures. It’s beautiful in person. Smoke and pet free home.
