hetfield4pres @lynee1960 Hi Lynee, thanks for your interest.. It can definitely be adjusted, by someone w strong hands but it is pretty large.. I have fairly small wrists myself, as well as small arms, and this can fit on the upper part of my arm - which is why I also put 'arm cuff' in the description, but I do think it can be bent/squeezed all the way closed with alot of pressure & muscle😉 Hope this helps!
