jannieshops@elfie260 🌹Hi, in answer to your question, I would say yes. Both of the straps come up to the top and would go over your shoulder. I just sold another one and she loved it. You do not have to wear it as a backpack. It's still new in the bag. When you tighten the straps up, you would just put both on one shoulder. Hope that helps. HAPPY HOLIDAYS! ✨🌟💕
