1950s Vintage Sequins Butterfly Box Turnlock Tote Enid Collins? Tote Bag. I love this fun retro bag that goes with a multitude of ensembles. I believe it is an Enid Collins from Texas bag, but there are no markings. Approximately measurements: 11.5” W x 10.5” H x 4” D Some dirt marks and signs of use everywhere. See pics. Smoke free / smells clean.

marissajense402 I think this is an Enid Collins kit bag! Sometime around the mid to late 60’s, Enid Collins put out DIY handbag kits. The purse would already be assembled, and have a design printed on the front. All the jewels and other embellishments and glue would be included along with a diagram and instructions on decorating it. It was a fun lower cost alternative to buying one off the rack. :) it looks great!

marlaofbrooklyn Absolutely NOT Enid Collins. This is a Jewel Tone General Craft Kit #906 (they made many designs). It is beautiful. I love them (I have several). I wouldn't consider them an Enid Collins knock off as I truly believe they were a separate entity of their own merit for the times and quite lovely .
