Hi this is the owner of the shop you bought the Free People dress from. I can assure you the dress was not altered and it states in the description that although the dress says Medium it is an Extra Small...which is why I was selling it.

@klw5844 the straps are pinned up, that’s probably why it didn’t fit you. Weather it’s factory altered or personally altered, it definitely has stitching.

@myrefashion Thank you for your feedback. As I stated before I bought the dress thinking it was a size Medium and could not begin to fit in it through the chest and body. As for the straps I do not know, however, I tried to be clear in the description that the size was not accurate. I apologize for the inconvenience and if possible I have no problem taking the dress back. Let me know if there is anything I can do. Have a great day! 🙂
