Is this stretchy? What are the measurements armpit to armpit, length and waist?

@csalter4 it’s kinda stretchy. Like the slip under it is stretchy. And the lace is kinda flowy. I’ve got a bigger butt and it fits perfectly over it. I think I did the measurements right, I’d not please let me know.
From armpit to armpit it’s 16 inches.
From the top collar to the end of the slip it’s 32 inches.
The lace that keeps going is 6-8 inches long.
