Super cute with skirts, dresses, leggings and jeans. Can dress these up or down. Good used condition. A few minor marks/scuffs. mindtrender @daisymay1978 16" around and then can stretch another 3/4" or so with the elastic slits at the top.

mindtrender @daisymay1978 Hmmm I think you may find them too tight. I just measured the widest part of my calf which is 16 1/2” and they are snug. Not *too* tight, but really no wiggle room at all - and that is the area where there is no elastic. :(
