Women’s Blue Floral Top Chocker & Cold Shoulder

This beautiful top has a dark blue background with an abstract flower design. The top has chocker neckline and cold shoulder cut outs. A wonderful fall piece. Great for a night out. The blouse has been tried on, but not warn out. It is still in its original bag, but unfortunately I don’t have the tags still.
