gypsythrift22@katieinkansas 🤔hmmmm...At 5’7” 120lb I usually wear size S in Blackmilk.... however I can wear XS in the cat suits because there is no waistband. The waistband is what kills me on the XS leggings.... on the other hand I wear size M in Blackmilk dresses and tops... I ever wear size medium leggings sometimes, but they sag a bit.

I bought some super cheap xs nike pants in a similar style so I can determine how your XS might fit me. I’ll get back to you after I try them on. I have two pairs in my closet, ones a small and the other is an extra small and I don’t have two unlisted pairs that are black and grey in a small!

(Kindergarten, 2nd and 6th) See, I started poshing a few years ago when hubby was gone all the time and I was “stuck” in the woods with the kids. Posh provided friendship and distraction when I was super lonely. Then the kids and I started traveling too, and ever since then it’s been “hold on for dear life”.

Ask my poor mother. ... but I really am working on it.

You are on the small side compared to 1/2 the congregation at our church. 😂 I guess it is the difference between the north and the south. I understand your size much better now that I’ve seen the pictures :) and am just so sorry for the misunderstanding with the waistband. Thanks for being so sweet about it, and I am ready to fix it.

gypsythrift22@piccicu I see the world differently now, everyone I pass in public probably feels me analyzing their curves in my mind, trying to imagine how the fabric ought to drape to flatter and fit comfortably. It means the world to me that you took the time to add the pictures! There are many little adjustments that I can make to the pattern, so the pants will suit your curves even better, especially if you will point out any areas that you think could be improved.

gypsythrift22@piccicu I have some super thick matte black 4-Way stretch fabric... it is luscious for cooler weather, and will “hold” shape more so panty lines and such shouldn’t be a problem. I want to make you a pair for free, according to the adjustments we figure out for your pattern, to show you that I care more than I’ve had capacity to show, and also to gain more experience while I have a willing model :) models... that is what I lack.... how can I try on these sizes myself? ..

But as you said, Poshmark was a real help for you when you were alone. I KNOW! My first husband travelled to Singapore, Norway, Russia etc etc for 5-6 weeks and be home for 2!

piccicu@gypsythrift22 yes it is hard to figure me out. I dint have heavy thighs. My knees are heavier! Now with all of the swelling, my legs and arms are blown up. I have so many clothes that could be altered to fit but I noticed I don’t get out like I used to. This past year has changed me dramatically!!!! I’m so upset. BTW on Saturday my children gave me a surprise 70th birthday party. Don’t know if you are on Facebook but find me at Stephanie Joyce to see the pictures

I’ve been trying to do those Mystery Boxes even allowing $200 worth for $100 and not working. If you have any suggestions please help me with this. gypsythrift22@piccicu I can remove the waistband and make it smaller around and reattach it to the pants, making the waistband softer and “more friendly”, or I can put elastic through the existing band, giving the band a slightly gathered look, and more secure hold. Then we need to determine the size either way. :)

gypsythrift22@piccicu Right now the kids and I are taking a break from travel. I had a new baby on 9/11/2020. Her name is Liberty. My other 3 kiddos love this barefoot country life. Hubby misses us terribly and hopes to quit traveling soon also. It was a good run. Lots of great memories! Glad to hear from you.
