👔 Necktie Festival Skirt 👔

Handmade by me, created out of silk neckties, and truly one of a kind! Measures 23-27 inches long. Waist is wide elastic and stretches from 28-44 inches. The bottom hem is approximately 100 inches around, contains 17 panels of necktie. Neckties had previous adventures and may contain small imperfections such as tiny stains and tears. However, I’ve done my best to minimize and repair! They have now been given new life and redeem themselves in the form of a skirt no one else owns!
