nancyp2222 I'm a 36DDD and usually wear Large sometimes an XL. I try to stay with Armpit to Armpit 22" or 44". This shirt Large are 19" or 38" and XLarge 20" or 40" Are you Sure on the bust measurements on these? I usually never wear an XXL
