carebare_18 🐰🐰🐰🐰🐰🐰🐰 Ran out of space in Post: -> ▫️Length of Petty Coat: 28” ▫️Petty Coat Laying flat (side to side):15.5” ▫️There are a a few small rips in petty coat, but doesn’t affect look. Since petty coat is hidden. ▫️Petty Coat is a slip over with a side waist tie.

carebare_18 @cellablue Sorry for the delay. The waist measures flat at 14.5”. The hip is hard to measure as the dress really flares out immediately after the waist line. Hope this helps somewhat. Let me know if I can be of any more help.
