Really pretty cocktail / party / formal dress. Skater cut dress is fitted at the top and flares out at the bottom. Full coverage front and a pop of skin in the back. Beautiful bow detail at the back waist. Pleats in the skirt. Very classic look. Ted Baker size 3 = US 8. Approximate measurements in photos. Good condition; some marks on fabric on skirt and near neckline— see last photo. May be removable.
