erjumper @jadeznruby honestly, I don’t know what the equivalent is but I’d be happy to measure both the 9 & 11 for you. I can measure the waist the hips and the inseam. Will that be adequate for you or is there anything else he would like measured?

erjumper This size 9 has a flat waist measurement of 15 inches without stretching the material. These jeans are very stretchy the hip measurement is 17 inches without stretching and the inseam is 26 1/2 inches without stretching. The waist of this size 11 is 16 inches lying flat without stretch and do hips are 18 inches without stretching. The inseam of the 11th is 27 inches. And as I mentioned earlier these are very stretchy
