@sondja57 I stopped at the dry cleaners to freshen it up as it got some fuzz from another sweater in the box on it. I told them to go ahead & attach that cuff button while it’s there too so it’ll be all perfect. I pick it up at 6p tomorrow & will get it in the mail first thing next morning. Hope the 1 day delay in shipping is ok.

I just realized that the black pair of shoes is a size 10...they will be too big. I also just realized that the hollister top is a crop and may be too short for me. I am SO sorry. I am definitely interested in the other items in my bundle.

Hi, I received my necklace today and I wanted to leave you a msg here instead of on a review. The necklace had a knot in it. I tried to get it out for 20 min. But I had to be at an appointment. I asked my husband to please try to get the knot out. My nails are to long. He got the knot out but I want you to know about it. Thank you, Summer🤗. . @meisch1234 Boulder City is a solid 30+ min drive near Lake Mead, it has a small “Mtn” btwn Vegas & there. Summerlin is near RedRock (beautiful) but a pricier area & takes a long time to get to Strip if you end up working there. Avoid NorthEast side is general until you know the area.

@meisch1234 Henderson is generally a good area (& GreenValley area is nice Henderson area) but it has pockets of older areas that are slightly ‘rougher’ (not too bad though). North is cheaper & pretty nice but I joke it’s Utah & a commute to strip area. Southern Highlands is a really nice area, central.

@meisch1234 Vegas is a round bowl basically. If you don’t need to be near anywhere specific/work then North Vegas will have some nice places for less $. If you have to commute to work somewhere then live in that area so you aren’t stuck in traffic. If you need to be near the Strip then probably Henderson. Southern Highlands has some brand new apts & homes for rent too. Hope that helps a little 🍀

southern highland sound great. or north vegas like u said. id be running two place if house doesn't sell but i know it will. i just cant afford AZ n i like newer places to rent just not to high sky in areas. if you could get me some numbet i can contact area realitors if you know any that would be awesome. ive been in my big home here 18yrs so it will be a shift. i remodeled the whole house. i just want no more flip houses. safe quiet community pool thats it

@meisch1234 Green Valley def has it’s pricey areas but Boulder City is prob pretty reasonable priced. The population is 16K so it’s a small town feel but it’s cute.
If you were my family I’d suggest looking at Boulder City or of you want more in the city than that then North Las Vegas.
I’ve first used Jack Hay over a decade ago for both buying & renting if you need someone but it’s not required here, just your preference. (google his name & Las Vegas relator & he comes up)

@ericajane395 Feel free to add anything I use (signs, ideas, etc). Def add sizing, it helps with ppl sizing clothes themselves. For Shoes add the exact measurements of inside soles (& ppl can compare to their foot measurements directly). I started doing it bcz when I was shopping I found myself asking everyone anyway as sizing labels vary.

@suziscouture Great hair and blinding sparkles, what more does a girl need 💁♀️☺️ If you ever want to get into extensions & training look into DreamCatchers & if you didn’t need training just need hair, then HairLocs. They have the highest quality hair out there; the rest have a coating on it that wears off to crappy hair.

Love my yellow gold ring I purchased from you but after a month of wearing the band, it keeps changing colors. Now it’s silver which is months later but the first month it turned orange. I know it’s not 14k but it’s marked inside. Is this normal?

@tinkab25 Yes, that’s what 14k gold does.. When you notice your gold is turning bronze or changing color, y it’s bcz it is contains 14K gold (or below too but I dint use anything less than 14k). 14k gold is 58% gold & the rest nickel/zinc. Gold tarnishing refers to the slight corrosion of the surface layer of your gold jewelry and is evident by dark discoloration of the item.
I’m not a gold fan for this among other reasons but I make them for those that like gold.

Any gold that isn’t 100% pure (aka 24k gold- ie: all 24 parts are gold where as only 14 out of 24 are gold in 14k & 10k is only 10 out of 24 so less than half) is going to do the same thing tho. If you want to switch to the rhodium platinum/white band, I can swap that too. I’m just low on sizes until March so I’d have you mail it once I have it done.

I work with a lab to grow mine according to my “recipe”. They’re trademarked & any 1ct+ I make will have my Jewel Eternal™️ inscribed on the gem’s girdle along with their serial #. That’s how I can guarantee mine to be as good or better than Charles & Colvard.☺️ I only make Moissanite that is identical looking to the highest quality diamond 😉🤩🙃

I didn’t even know what styles I liked. I started selling some on here a year ago and it’s grown from there. I can’t believe I didn’t find “my thing” until my 40s but I love it so much now. I owe everything I know biz wise to my hubs though. Once I knew what I wanted to do, he taught me how to find a lab, get my trademark & start up.
