Great XS wrap work dress! Full length sleeves. Belt included. Stretchy all over. Brand is MaxandCleo. Only the skirt part opens, the top part is sewed together so it will not fly open. Deep neck line, I always wore a cami under it. I am 5’2 and it came below my knee.
