True periwinkle skirt by Gypsy Mara Hoffman. Says XS but runs large. Elastic waistband is very forgiving. Foley and stretchy. Looks like a wrap skirt but bottom layer is sewed to top as shown. I’m 5’2 and it just above hits my mid knee.
