My waist is 25" and it fits perfectly tight, not uncomfortable but still tight enough to hold in (see last pic). It would probably be good for 24-26" depending how tight you like it. 4 bones 2 front, 2 back, flexible and move with you but still give support (bones arch with waist helping give hourglass shape

ccc103 @bellasim This one is about 21.5” so a little smaller and the other one has the little breathable holes to let air in, so especially good for when you exercise.
