ruwie @tayglostyle this definitely from the mid 90’s. Yes it will fit size 0 (waist 24), i will try to find the online pic of how it looks on waist for you, as my items are all plastic wrapped to prevent scratches so I prefer not to open it.

mellieee Hi there! ❤️ I’m around 27-28 :( is there any leeway with this? Since you mentioned it goes up to 26. I actually looked at the waist bags and didn’t even notice there was a waist measure. Thought it was a one size fits all thing.
