Excellent gently used condition black skirt with polka dots. It’s a thicker material skirt and it’s ruffled down. There is pretty contrast colors at the bottom (red and tan). There is a liner on the inside. Eye hook and zipper closure in the back. (The eye hook is broken, but doesn’t affect it). The material is a cotton and spandex blend which allows for comfort and style! That perfect skirt for the office or a Christmas party! Sz4.
