File a complaint with Poshmark and if the jacket is fake they will give you your money back or a store credit I think

Did u accept the item already? Before checking with saks? Posh will have it sent back n give a refund but depends on how long u had it... SMH I reported him multiple times I see he getting down oon people who don't know with all those fake items... be careful n research expensive products on here n4 buying because all his stuff look very FAKE at 1st look because I know what to look for...

also report his page..n another red flag..its a NEW moncler under 500 RUN FAKE N HE MARKED IT LOW SO POSH WONT AUTHENTICATE ANYTHING OVER 500 HAS TO BE AUTHENTICATED..but i don't know anyone who see a brand new 1500 and up coat for 500 n posh take 20%

@luxurylovermsb i didnt check with saks until i had the coat for over a week big mistake!! i was so busy it slipped my mind until ppl started asking me was it authentic then i went to saks and got the news ! now he’s saying i’m lying because he won’t me another coat for a cheaper rate

@desydes SMH yeah he blocking lots of folks n I'm email posh because I'm shocked his account still exists after being reported multiple times..I commented on his item as a warning to people but of course he blocked and spam the message.. but go to his page n click the upper button n report..u also need to email posh so they delete his account

@desydes also look at the real costs too so you know the difference for future purchases but that's to much to get scam out of SMH.. some people dont care about fake products so if u honest maybe someone will buy it elsewhere so get some of your money back

You all can report him everyday for the next year but PM won't do anything about it. They ask fellow Poshers to "review" listings but that's about all. At least that has been my experience when I've reported scammers. Honestly I think PM doesn't care because of the revenue. PM is really only concerned about their bottom line.
