Gorgeous 80s vintage Frozen blue union made dress

Drop dead gorgeous icy blue evening dress. With union made tag attached inside near the bottom. Like a Frozen ballgown but from the 80s, way before the movie came out! In good vintage condition. Only issue is that the hook near the zipper nears a new thread loop, an easy fix, and not noticeable as is (see last picture). Sheer sleeves, beautiful lace details and a rose near the waist. Measures 16" flat across under the arms, 14" flat across the waist, 54" length. Fits like a size XS. Made in USA.
