You would just need to take it to an alterations place and they can let the shoulders, bust and waist ribbon back out! It’ll be like a normal size 16 again. It was not hemmed. Hope this helps! laceymbrooks @amberleah8 as shown in my photos, I had it taken in, but it can be let out! Seems like David’s Bridal runs a little small, but I think it is still normal for a 16. Hope this helps! 😃
